Moms and Moms-to-be, WELCOME on my page! Let me start by saying how excited I am for having you in the Mighty Moms space.

Hey there! I’m Anna

certified pre- and postnatal coach and personal trainer with over 7 years of experience in resistance training. I’m also a business professional, life partner to my husband, a proud mom of 2 amazing boys and everlasting movement enthusiast.

Today I’m on a mission to help existing moms and moms-to-be feel STRONG, SAFE, FIT, RESILIENT and WELL-INFORMED during PREGNANCY, BIRTH and POSTPARTUM recovery. 

“Why?” you may ask. Because all women deserve to feel that way. 

The seed of Mighty Moms got planted after my 1st pregnancy, fueled by frustration, confusion and sadness around decreasing lack of energy, limited body capabilities, training uncertainties and annoying inner voice urging to “get my body back”. I simply felt LOST and craved clear GUIDANCE. What was shocking at that time is how little evidence-based, safe and applicable training information was available at health professionals. Did you yourself hear those fuzzy pieces of advice?  “Do what you always did”, “Do what feels good”, “Move, but don’t lift heavy.”

Deep down I felt THERE MUST BE A BETTER WAY TO INTENTIONALLY AND SAFELY PREPARE MY BODY TO THE MOST ATHLETIC EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE – birth and early parenting that is. I decided to invest in pre- and postnatal coaching education and applied the knowledge onto my 2nd pregnancy with an outcome exceeding my highest expectations.

At Mighty Moms, instead of moving backwards and “getting the body back”, we focus on MOVING FORWARD by tapping into WHAT WE CAN DO and rebuilding  identity as a new mom – strong, energetic, present, confident and safe, all that in the evidence-based manner.
