I’m Anna Walesieniuk,

certified pre- and postnatal coach and personal trainer with everlasting passion for strength training. Today I’m on a mission to support all moms in feeling  STRONGSAFEFIT and RESILIENT.

Whether 2 weeks, 2 months or 2 years postpartum, it is never too late to start your healing journey, to rebuild your abdominal muscles and strengthen you core. Plus, workouts are design to build upon one another, to bring in the rewards in strength, energy, posture, and body composition

I recognize that every woman experiences pregnancy differently. That is why I’m a huge fan of PERSONALIZED programming that puts full FOCUS ON YOU and what YOU CAN DO at every stage of your pregnancy.  Let me share with you pregnancy training and nutrition strategies and show you what you are capable of with dedicated support. Your safety and well-being are important to me.

Both pre- and postnatal programs are 100% home-based to lower exercise threshold for new moms and moms-to-be. What is required is simply pair of adjustable dumbbells, resistance bands and a booty band.  I also offer gym-based options for your individual sessions if you prefer to train there.

When talking to you moms, your common wish is to have somebody knowledgeable and experienced who would offer REASSURANCE on what is SAFE and what is not in the pre- and postnatal fitness. Conventional fitness programs use check-ins as data analysis to assess esthetic or performance progress. The Mighty Moms weekly check-ins will help you track your progress, answer all burning questions and cover a mix of physiological, movement and nutritional education around motherhood and fitness.
